You will need a spectator ticket to watch the competition and events taking place in the Main and Sub Halls at WYYC2023. Contestants will also need to purchase a spectator ticket (in addition to their Contestant Registration) to watch the competition and events in the halls.

Contestants: No spectator tickets are required to be in the prep rooms on WildCard day. No spectators (except a parent/guardian for child contestants) will be allowed in the room.

Spectator Ticket (Full Access Ticket)

This ticket allows you to enter all halls: the Main Hall (the main competition stage), Sub Hall A (Live View), and Sub Hall B (Theater).

Please be sure to purchase this ticket if you want to watch the competition in-person.

Notes

  • Inside the Main Hall, please sit in the seating area of the ticket you purchased.
  • SS and S seats are reserved, while A and B seats are unreserved (you can sit anywhere within your section).
  • Seats in Sub-Halls A and B are unreserved (you can sit anywhere).
  • Contestant Prep Rooms are restricted to contestants only, and spectators are not allowed to enter.

  • Because we expect a high demand for 1-DAY tickets for the final day, we will sell 3-DAY tickets in advance so that we can secure seats for those who will attend the entire 3-DAY event.
  • We plan to start selling 1-DAY tickets for each area around mid-July, depending on the availability of seats for each date.
  • The number of On Site tickets will be determined around mid-July, based on the situation in each area (if the planned number of tickets is sold out, there will be no On Site ticket sales).
  • If you want to secure your seating, please purchase your 3-DAY ticket in advance.

Sub-Hall Only Ticket (Limited Access Ticket)

Admission to Sub Hall A (Live View) and Sub Hall B (Theater). If you would like to watch the contest in Live View/Theater or enjoy the events we have planned for Sub Hall A, please purchase this ticket.

About Video Recording of the Competition

  • Video recording itself is allowed, but please refrain from uploading full video of it to the internet.
  • Exception to the rule: If you want, you may share a short part of a performance, not the whole performance, of video you took on social media/SNS.
  • No monopods, tripods, etc. may be used in the seating area.
  • Only WYYC2023 sponsors who have applied in advance may use video for commercial purposes or advertising.
