If you fly into Tokyo (HND/NRT), you will need to take the Shinkansen (Bullet Train) to Osaka from Tokyo.

From KANSAI Airport (KIX)

The most convenient and direct option is:
Airport to KINTETSU UEHOMMACHI Station by limousine bus:
– One-way ticket is 1600 yen
– They can carry 2 checked bags per person in their trunk compartment (limit of 30kg total)
– No reservation needed (buy your ticket at the vending machine at the bus stop at the airport)
– Takes approximately 50 minutes
– Arrives at the Sheraton Miyako Hotel Osaka entrance on 1F, and then is just a 5 minute walk from the venue.
